Over the many years my daughter has been a patient, she has seen her primary care physician maybe once or twice. She was always given the nurse practitioner. As she got older, the nurse even gave her a PAP test, which she rushed through and caused bleeding. Unacceptable in my eyes. There have been prescriptions called in days late, to the wrong pharmacy and even the wrong prescription. Today though took the cake. My daughter had suffered from a severe headache for days and called to be seen. The nurse practitioner wasn't in. It was suggested she go to emergency room, even before they asked questions to evaluate her condition~~ her own dr's office offered no assistance. What is that Hippocratic oath??? I guess Franklin Pedicatric and Adolescent care is not aware of it. Another note ~~ the office staff could use some lessons on etiquette.
