What code of Ethics? This guys came to my house and they were there for half an hour and charged me $400 for a faulty Flame Ignitor which cost $20 and 2 minutes to install. They didn't show me what was going on and when he was explaining what was wrong, he kept throwing me words like safety and terminology I can't understand. I found out later how easy it was to change the flame ignitor and I totally felt robbed. They didn't even do a maintenance for that much money, they saw that I didn't have a filter and they didn't even replaced that. So I called the office and explain to them what happened and supposedly they are money back guarantee and they never called me back or anything and it's been a week. So don't fall for the sweet talks about code of ethics. I feel like they took advantage of me right on my face. One good thins, My heat is working. Definitely not recommending them to anyone
