I used AT Appliance Repair in July of 2010 to fix my 14 year old Amana gas oven. The technician who came was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the oven quickly and at a fair price. Then, the technician priced a part for our 14 year old fridge that was starting to go. When he saw the needed part was over $400 he gave us advice on how to fix the problem as best as possible on our own, and put the $400 toward a new fridge when the time finally came. He could have just recommended the expensive repair, but he didn't. AWESOME! In 2011 a different technician came to repair our 15 year old dryer. Again - courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Wonderful. Finally, last week bought a new fridge from Sears. Sears forgot to reverse the door hinges to open to the left. To correct the problem Sears wanted to pick up the fridge, cancel the sale, enter a new sale, and deliver a new one in two weeks. HUH? AT Repair had a tech out the next day to switch the doors in 20 minutes!
