I'm a certified Health Coach, Life Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. My background is Human Resources. My favorite part of that job was essentially being a life coach. I have now combined those skill sets with my love of health and fitness. My passion is empowering people with knowledge and providing them with Coaching that is fun and individualized specifically for them, so that they can become the best that they want to be. Fitness is for everyone and I strive to work with my clients in overcoming any obstacle. A fitness program can be designed that totally fits YOU and your Life. Don't worry about not having the "right equipment" or not belonging to a gym - I will help you create your own home gym that is customized for YOU.
