There could not be a worse cable company....or any company for that matter...they cut your service without reason or notice...they don't send you statements every month...it's random...I have basic cable and a cable package through them...they cut my cable package completely out...as soon as I noticed it I called the customer service-I'll get to that in a minute-it took 3 days for the non-issue to get resolved....they say that they send notices of changes to programming...they don't. They took over the cable previous cable provider for my apartment complex not even 90 days ago and there have already been complaints from 90% of the customers. Blue Top charges 3x more for the worst service I've ever experienced than Direct TV...and the amount of channels are the same. I would recommend any other cable company over Blue Top. As for the customer service it will always...and I mean ALWAYS give you a busy signal. The only time you won't get a busy signal is once in a blue moon on the after hours service...and all they do is take your name and number and say someone will call you back during business hours--nobody ever calls--BUT WAIT!! There is an option to send an email...but to no avail...it's almost as if its a ghost company. No customer service and the signal is equal to an old tube TV with foil on the antennas. For the price they charge I would expect nothing but positive response and great continuous signal...that has never happened in the 60+ days that I've had the service. A start up company with no experience would have better reviews. I do NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Put this damn company out of business where it belongs.
