That rating is for 5 star morons. I would recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere. It's been my experience that the employees can't tell the difference between a washing machine and a claw hammer, and they routinely lie about delivery dates. I was there yesterday, with the part I needed replaced, and the plumbing employee managed to give me things that had no more to do with what I'd brought in than horse manure has to do with roast beef. Since it's a 70 mile (round trip), I've about 3 gallons of gas and about 2 hours in being sold the wrong product, and now I'm going to have to invest another 3 gallons of gas and another 2 hours in returning the useless parts for a refund. Minch's Hardware, in Owenton, sold me the correct parts, and for 1/3 less than Lowe's gouged me. This is the final straw for me. I'll never purchase anything from Lowe's again.
