      Genuine lack of interest in the customer.

      I had problems from the first phone call. Unfortunately my work goes through them so I have to use them. They had problems getting my insurance set up. They didn't bother to let me know so two months later when I didn't have insurance when I showed up to my appointment, I called and they tried to set it up again. I finally did get insurance, or so I thought. They messed up when notifying my payroll people, so the insurance company never received any payments. Again I had to call them to get it fixed. During this process, they never bothered to call me and let me know what was going on, I always have to initiate any communication. They do tell you they'll call you back, but they don't. I have to use them, they know it, so they just don't care.
