      We had Heads Up install irrigation system in our new home in August 2011. We were told we were get one year free service as it was a newly built home. In January we received a $200 bill from Heads Up. Where's our one year free service. It seems to us we were hookwinked. We were only received 4 months free service. Our free service should be from August 2011 to August 2012. Thumbs down to this company for deception.
