Purchased the program but the registration key doesn't work. Company will not give me a new one so I am unable to use the program. WASTE OF MONEY!

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have emailed for 2 wks with no response. I have left VMs with no response. I purchased in 2003 and added all the power packs for pedigrees. I've used very little and spent hours and hours inputting data. I got a 'key error' a year ago which we finally fixed. I got the same error after inputting my first new cat and haven't been able to do anything since. I purchased a new computer thinking it was my old computer or older software. I want to use my old data files, but no one at Pedfast will talk to me to tell me how to reregister or if I can use my old data files. I think all this company does is take your money and hope for the best. I rated one star. If I could rate a minus 5 stars, I would.
