I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Customer service is horrible- they never seem to know what is going on. They do a lot of blaming on other things like the internet and our server, which are never the reason why the phones stop working. When we have an issues (which is weekly), we sometimes have to leave a voicemail. We have entire days where our phones are not operational.

Cheap phones and poor, poor, poor customer service!! Don't expect issues to be resolved on a timely manner, expect your business to stop functioning as a result of not having a working phone service.
