Great service! Scott installed my new high efficiency heating system and the quality of work was way above expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Freedman of Rapid Response plumbing has offered to refund $100.00 of my bill as a result of our discussions. I therefore consider my complaint to be withdrawn. I would like to delete my negative review evaluation. The web site does not seem to allow this.
Further clarification: Rapid Response Plumbing did the following work for me on 07/10/09 at the following prices: minor rebuild of toilet which involved replacing the water fill valve and the rubber clapper in the toilet ($287.00) and clear a stoppage in the lavatory sink ($198.00)- no parts involved in clearing stoppage- for a total of $485.00. This took the plumber 45 minutes to accomplish. I think these prices were very high, but you can judge for yourself based upon the figures I have provided from my bill. You are charged an $89.00 fee right off the bat when the plumber arrives, which they say you owe whether you go forward with the job or not. The plumber spent 45 minutes doing all of the work and charged $485.00. Assuming a rate of $150.00 per hour for the plumbers time and a 1 hour minimum, a reasonable charge would have been the $150.00 for the labor plus $175.00 for parts (a generous estimate of parts) for a total of $ 325.00 for the 45 minute job, a $160.00 overcharge.
