ie., A local favorite, or highly recommended because In late summer 2010 Shauna Norton helped train the golden retriever/ yellow labrador cross dog we had had adopted from a rescue organization in Tennessee. Shauna clearly loves all dogs, but what helped us especially was her individualized assessment of our dog, Missy. We hadn't really noticed that Missy at age two going on three was still just a puppy whose high-energy behavior could be effectively directed with the right, consistent cues from us, which Shauna showed us how to give. Shauna's willingness to hold sessions in the home where a dog actually lives was made-to-order for us: Shauna saw all the places where good training would smooth out daily life for us and our dog: the D.R. table - no mooching; the kitchen - no getting underfoot or swiping food; the front door - O.K. to be curious while being polite, ie., sitting and greeting visitors calmly; the yard- coming when called, etc. MRW
My wife and I have used Little Critters for our dog's care for years. Little Critters are highly responsible, reliable and considerate of our home when we are away. Our dogs look forward to their daily dog walks and because of the exercise they receive, they have become better socialized and less anxious when we leave them alone. Thanks Little Critters!
We love Shauna! We hired her to help with training when we first got our dog, and now use her for walks on days that my husband and I aren't around. She is responsible, kind, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Our dog thinks she's great! I have no reservations about recommending her services. My parents have also used Shauna for housesitting for their cats, and were very happy with her help. I highly recommend Little Critters!!!
