All of our cases are different, because every client is different. If an attorney always takes the same approach, opportunities may be missed to find an acceptable solution quickly and inexpensively. We are always flexible about finding ways to serve our clients' interests. Whether the situation calls for an aggressive approach, or a more laid back and friendly one, we do what it takes to serve our clients. We prepare every case as though it will go to a jury. While the majority of cases never reach this point, it is always possible that an appropriate result will depend on the ability to go to trial.
