5+ stars! I wanted my LR3 fixed the day before the winter storm, so I dropped it off that the morning and got it back by the end of the day. Bonded Transmission saved the day! Thank you, Dave!
Bonded has helped us maintain our 5 car "family" for years. They are professional, prompt, honest, and competitive. I recommend them unconditionally to all my friends!

I had heard good and bad things about bonded before deciding on them and what it came down to was that they were really my only short notice choice for transmission repair. My issue with this company is that firstly, they claimed that I authorized the $650 labor charge for opening the car up. I was never made aware of this charge. THEN, when they finally do tell me how much my transmission is to repair, it ended up being over $3000. When I went to go get my car ('cause I wasn't prepared to pay more than $3000 for the job), I discover that they had already gone ahead and started replacing my transmission without any sort of authorization from me. They knocked $1000 off the price because of this "miscommunication". The job appears to have been done correctly but I will not be returning to Bonded because of their sketchy practices.
I went to another local franchise chain shop and was tld I needed to rebuild my transmission and Bonded repaired it and save me $1700!
