Friendly. Fairly fast. I have never been disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. I went in to have my eyebrows shaped and requested that they *not* be made thin (my eyebrows are too dark and would simply look penciled in) and the stylist (Stephanie) said she understood completely; however, I ended up walking out with horribly pencil thin, 1920's-esque eyebrows instead. When I told her that these were absolutely not what I wanted and that they are just way too thin, the stylist refused to offer a refund or even apologize. She actually became defensive and started argue about how she has "a lot of girls who come in and have the same thing done" and that it was just because I was used to fuller eyebrows that I was in shock. I ended up just leaving and calling the Regis corporate office for my refund, and the only thing left to do now is wait with a bandana over my forehead until my eyebrows grow back.Bottom line: I urge everyone who is seeking to have their eyebrows waxed to stay as far away from the Master Cut in Frackville as they can.
