This place is old and beat up. The walls are very thin and the smell of mold is all over. The outside looks nice but, you can't judge a book by it's cover. Don't be fooled by their bait and switch at lease time. The staff is terrible and before you rent, talk to others that live there. They will warn you not to lease an apartment. Just total disappointment by this company. Thought they were different but, they fall into the deceptive practice area.

I am just completing my 1 year lease and will be moving to another location but I am very sad to leave this complex. The grounds and the buildings are kept clean, and neat. The management is very friendly and will work with you at any time. I enjoyed renting here an taking advantage of the health club amenities and also the quietness of the whole area. I would recommend this complex to my best friend. Thank you Julienne & Gretchen!

while the outside is maintained beautifully and the complex is in a great area , I can give only 3 starts. When I rented I didn't realize the windows leaked, carpet sheds, and the walls are pretty thin.

rented this place too quickly. outside is maintained very well but the inside is a mess. creaky floors, thread bare carpets nicked up walls, elevator sticks . I should have looked more closely. the layout is nice though and the management team is great. along with Bob the maintence guy. He is "johnny on the spot". the inside needs some serious updating though. the neighbors run from noisy chldren on the top floor to pretty nice college students to the elderly. bless their souls. so from 1-10 I rate it a 5. I personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone though
