Like the 1/3 Yelp reviewer, I also was told I had to have a deep cleaning, along with over $3500 of replacement fillings and crowns. My out of pocket costs were $1200! It was one thing to be given a dental plan to "get me healthy", but an entirely other thing for Dr. Bank e to sit next to me in the exam chair and ask me for full payment, UPFRONT, before any services were rendered. Against my better judgement and the icky feeling in the pit of my stomach, I decided I better get "healthy", I did a payment plan and booked my next appointment, for my "
