My sister was a patient here. The level of care was atrocious. I would not recommend them at all. They did not sufficiently monitor her during her stay, nor other patients. One time an employee arrived at work and found my sister had fallen over in her wheelchair and was lying helpless, bleeding in the parking lot. There was no one else around. During her stay an elderly man left the building alone and fell on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, loudly cracking his head. This was all confirmed by other patients and staff. Only when I called to get an explanation did they route me around and finally admit to these instances and apologize. My ailing mother managed to buy some comfortable clothes for my sister to wear during her stay. Next visit, my mom pointed out how the other patients were wearing all the clothing she had just bought. Manor Care told me they were not responsible for anything in her room, and if her clothes were laundered, they were redistributed!
