This is by far the best body shop in Orange County. They may seem big and commercial but they provide the same Great customer service as a smaller body shop would. I went by Fountain Valley Body Works because I had rear-ended a lady in a small Toyota SUV, she told me she got a quote and that it was going to cost over $1000. I had heard about Fountain Valley Body Works from a neighbor and suggested to the lady that we go there and have them give us a second opinion. We talked to the estimator who told us that it was an easy fix and would only cost about $500. They even had someone take her to get a rental car down the street. The staff was honest and friendly and I would got to them again for any body work.
Fountain Valley Bodyworks always goes the extra mile. I have had to use their service two time and both occasions they have worked around my schedule, supplied a shuttle and a discount at the local car rental, and answered all of my questions. They have even called me after I have had my car back after a few days to make sure that I was happy with work and that everything was ok with my car. They make you feel like you more than just a costumer. When I first came to Fountain Valley Bodyworks I went because it was close to home however since then I have moved and I still bring my vehicles there for any repairs. I have had nothing but great service from Fountain Valley Bodyworks and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I got in a little fender bend a few months back, and I didnt know where to go. So I started asking around to my friends and family. They all said the same thing, Go to Fountain Valley Body Works, they always make sure you leave with a smile and make sure you car is as good if not better then new. So I did what my family and friends said, I went to the shop with the big smiling face on it. I talked to Jim and he made sure I was happy and was able worked around my busy schedule. I couldnt be happier with the work they did.
