- Heated YogaThis sequence is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. Our practice room is intentionally heated to warm your muscles & allow a deeper & safer work-out. Heat promotes sweating, which flushes toxins from the body. Heat also helps prevent injuries. With regular practice & dedication, you can develop muscle tone & strength while you reduce stress. Be prepared, TruFit heated yoga is unlike traditional yoga. Come to class hydrated, bring a large bottle (or two) of water for re-hydration during class. Come to class on an empty stomach. We suggest 2-3 hours between your last meal and class. Yoga (sticky) Mats, a beach towel & a small hand towel are required.
