Fountainview Village in Fountain HIlls is not a reliable facility. Employees are not responsive to their client needs and doesn't return phones calls when you need them nor can't get a hold of a live person on the phone.

Fountain View Village is one of, if not the best retirement community in the Phoenix area. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth of the community. The residents and staff are very friendly and treat you like family.
One of the most poorly managed facility we have ever dealt with. This facility does not care for its residents only the amount of money they can get out of them.
