There was a confirmed delivery of my DVD's went to my locking mail box and no DVD's and when i call they just told me to keep checking back no help what so ever so guess they wanted my 4 DVD's more than me.

Lots of attitude, little help. Even if you check prices online before going in, the total ends up something entirely different. There IS a mailing category between letter and parcel (and the picture looks just like my mailers). If you don't know the best way to mail your item? Good luck to you. Be prepared to have supplies *they're* supposed to use in processing thrust at you with no explanation and don't forget your own tape or you're just out of luck. But no tape on Registered Mail. That's a death-glare worthy offense. The only nice teller seems to have been promoted and no longer works a window. My roommate and I mail things out multiple times a week, and ironically, the more they see us the ruder they get. At least they never forget to ask if we need stamps!
