ordered something that was a two day shipping didn't get it for a week still waiting on Friday a week later and they changed it due to weather conditions twice but that was after it was supposed to been delivered to begin with still waiting on driver show up with my package I hope it gets here today can't tell you if it is or not they don't know a damn thing

Left a message that my package was in. Note stated that they would re-deliver the next day but I could authorize that the package be left at the door. Not only did I leave a note authorizing this, an adult over 21 was at my house during the re-attempt. Now I don't trust that they will do the right thing so I have to drive over 30 miles to the Customer Center to pick it up! Poor customer service!!!!

Weather delay, I get that. Having a package in the local hub for 2 weeks, no one answers the phone, no delivery, and automated messages on how you won't refund (I didn't ask for one; just want my package) and UPS reporting back to Amazon you delivered the package....Voting with my dollars in the future not using UPS again. This level of incompetence makes me wish I was dealing with overseas customer service. Say what you will about USPS, I have never had this level of incompetence from them at least. One star is to generous.

One star is way to high. Had a package arrive in FTW on 12/22/13 delivery date of 12/23/13 change to 12/27/27 then change to 12/30/13 and just now change to 12/31/13. Another package arrived at FTW on 12/23/13 and was just delivered to my house 12/24/13. I just can not understand this.

If I could leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. Have delivered my packages to the wrong house 4 times!!!!! Customer service number always busy!

Driver delivered an antique to wrong address, I watched him.. when i called, they said there are a lot of stolen packages, and he told manager he delivered it to the right address. luckily we saw the package and got it ourselves. manager said he was to call and help find it, he never did any thing to help. I now had to put on hold a christmas gift so I now have to drive up there after Paying for shipping, and pick it up myself, but i at least hope its there and not delivered to another address out in timbucktooooooo

Horrible ... Little to no effort of delivery... To them, much easier to say they tried and then for you to drive to their destination to pickup... I will never use again ... I now understand why they are the cheapest .. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
