I just saw the other review and felt compelled to write my own. I have actually been really happy with this place. I have a company in Dallas and I have now purchased 4 trailers. I actually did a deposit on my first one and cancelled it because I thought I found a better deal somewhere else. James was the sales guy and he refunded the deposit no problem. He did tell me to let him know if the other trailer isn't what I expected and they would take care of me. Needless to say the other trailer was a joke. It did not compare structurally to the ones I saw at trailers plus. I have been really happy with my experience and will continue to shop there. If you're doing a deposit just ask if it's refundable. I'm pretty sure they are for at least a few days or something like that.

Don't put a deposit on a trailer before you see it,don't trust the salesman,he is working to make a quick commission,after you buy,you are on your own,their warranty is a joke.the trailer may not be what you paid for...
