I liked how they repaired a sprinkler pipe they broke. What I did not like, was that they broke my sprinkler in another area, and they chipped paint off of my house. There has to be a better way to dig up the dirt, than to just swing wildly at the ground with a pick, and hope you don't hit the house or the sprinkler. You DO get what you pay for. Go cheap, get cheap.

I have had the same co. for 11 years, and have had a ant problem lately which started in the Pantry, then they doubled after each visit. Which the visits may have lasted 20 minutes each. After the 3rd time and still no results I decided to call Sparks Pest Control, Which was a lot smaller company so I figured I would give them a try. I was shocked that after only 1 visit and the wait of about 2 weeks that the ANTS were gone. Mr Sparks the Owner was the one whom came out to do the service which lasted 1.5 hours. Longer than all 3 previous visits with my old company of 11 yesrs. I noticed that nothing was left untreated, Mr Sparks spent 10 minutes searching under rocks, my potted plants outside, under trees, and then he found them in an old stump 25ft from the house, he then came inside threw away all the bait stations they left and informed me that they misidentified the ants, they were odorous house ants, and if you find the source of the problem you wont have one.so good job.
