  Robert has been a frequent lecturer to law enforcement and prosecutor groups on a variety of topics, including Juvenile Law, Gang Affiliation, Child Abuse and Search and Seizure Law. He is a member of the Palo Pinto Bar Association and a member and past-president of the Parker County Bar Association. He resides in Peaster with his wife, Jolene. They are the proud parents of two adult sons, one of whom is an officer in the US Army with the other currently attending college. Robert and Jolene attend Lakeshore Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon.

Since beginning at Harris Finely and Bogle in 2021, Heather has had the opportunity to assist clients in numerous matters involving oil and gas, arbitration, commercial contract disputes, and other commercial litigation matters. Originally from San Diego, California, Heather now lives in Fort Worth with her husband and three children.  Â

  James’ extensive oil and gas experience includes handling disputes over leases, surface operations and environmental matters, royalties, conveyancing and title, joint operations, and co-tenancy issues. He also has represented real estate developers, financial institutions, shareholders, and partners in closely held entities, such as limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and close corporations. With clients operating throughout Texas, California, North Dakota, Arkansas, and the Gulf of Mexico, James is admitted to practice before Texas trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota – with pro hac vice admissions in California and Arkansas.   Robert DuBoise joined Harris, Finley & Bogle in 2020. From 2000 until early 2020, Robert served as a felony prosecutor in San Jacinto, Parker and Palo Pinto Counties where he prosecuted the full range of felony offenses, including a number of cases that garnered national and international media attention. Before becoming a prosecutor, Robert handled a variety of real estate and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts in Houston, Texas. Robert now represents individual and business clients in criminal and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Also highly active in his community, Randall currently serves as a board member for the James L. West Alzheimer’s Center (Chair 2019-2020); board member for TCU Clark Society; and Session member and Chair for the Property Committee at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth.Â
