The employees must be burn out of their job because it seems like they just don't care anymore. I was treated rudely more than once by some of these employees, but what are you going to do? You need the help and you deal with what you have to. I tried going to other Planned parenthood and beleive it or not got the same attitude from their employees. I guess all you can do is be polite and hope their having a nice enough day to be polite back.
