Worst grooming ever! Been there 5 or 6 times now, today..my golden retriever who is soo laid back was so freaked out, and was not groomed like normal! "Nicole" did a horrible job!! Please don't take your dog there! Never again!!!

I have been shopping at the Lake Worth location for quite some time now, and have never been astounded as I was today. I had only three items this time, some puppy pads and two collars. Usually I spend over a hundred dollars but this time my total wasn't near that. The cashier proceeded to tell me that with his pay there at Pets Mart he could not afford to purchase what I had. I guess he wanted to make me feel bad for what I had purchased. After I had left I couldn't help but wonder if he made comments like that to everyone that came through his cashier stand. I think they should reconsider who they hire to collect for them.

In all honesty, would take my dog to a butcher before I took her back to this Petsmart. They told me they were 99.9% sure my dog had incontinence that would take her life in approximately 1 month. Our 0.01 chance was lay in a urine test they couldn't perform because they couldn't get her to squat and twinkle in their office. They gave my dog an anti-biotic and some pills, but they insisted we take one of their recommendations. We had two options: 1) pay $1,200 for a surgery that might buy her time or 2) Put her down for $500. Both options were given with the cost made clear and said with a grin. I got a second opinion at a local Veterinarian. He said he had been a vet for 15 years and he didn't know of a surgery that would do anything for incontinence. Here my dog is, four months later, no surgery, and in relation to Petsmarts prognosis, my dog is a walking miracle. She eats and drinks like it's going out of style.

Why don't you guys hire more smarter, professional, and consistent employees! Also if someone is holding up the cashier line, then open up another register. It's not rocket science ya know!!! GAWD!!!! What is wrong with you people?!?!? Stop being so lazy all the time alright! ~>=C
