I called and spoke with a Representative from that store location, very rude.

1 star is too good but they don't let you rate it any lower. I took 2 golden retrievers in for a bath and blow dry. Requested they be dried with hand dryer vs. cage dryer. This was a 1st trip to a groomer for these dogs and it breaks my heart to know they spent 3 hrs in a cage with hot air blowing on them, especially after being told that would not happen. They used a stripping tool on one of the girls and with all the best intentions took it upon themselves to shave their feet. Before they decide to "groom" a golden retriever, they need to actually learn how to do it! Using a stripping tool caused thin spots in her coat and the skin is irritated. A freshly bathed golden should be dry, clean and fluffy. My girls were damp, uneven coat and slicked down because of the cage dryer. Their feet were too horrible to even describe. Their feathers and coat should be soft and flowing not slicked and clumpy. Very simple instructions, BATH AND BLOW DRY. Do not waste your money here.

Clean store, always has the dog food I need. Friendly staff.
