- DUI/DWIDavid’s practice is limited to the representation of persons in criminal prosecutions and investigations, and he is Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has an active criminal trial practice including representing clients in DWI cases, drug cases, fraud cases, sex crimes cases, murder cases, and other aggravated felony cases. In addition to trial work, David dedicates a significant portion of his practice to appellate representation. He has authored briefs and presented oral argument in numerous cases before appellate courts, including, but not limited to, representing persons convicted of DWI, Felony-DWI, Narcotics Crimes, Aggravated Robbery, Sexual Assault, Murder, and Capital Murder cases where the death penalty was imposed.
