It was an excellent service. They shut the door and just smiled, talked, led you where you needed to go. It was different experience from any other car place that Ive had. Id certainly go back.
They explained all the functions of the car and everything. I liked how they attended me. Im grateful for the help they gave me.

Nelson Sears and the other staff made my purchase by far the best that I have ever had. Everyone was great. I was treated well and would recommend others to go there.
The information on the application was different from the info I gave the salesman. As a result, the finance company declined the financing once they started confirming the information. This was over the holidays and EXTREMELY stressful. However, after considerable work and negotiating from the finance mgr, Ashley, everything worked out. I even ended up with a better deal than I originally had.
The 2011 Murano is the second vehicle that we purchased from Nissan of Fort Worth. Having to trade in my Altima coupe was a difficult decision, I LOVED that car; but our sales rep made the transition back into a family vehicle an easy and laughter filled one. Frankly I appreciate their honesty, they stand above rest. GREAT customer service, just wish process was a bit faster.. they did have a busy floor tho.
