About Us Max M. Wayman & Associates, Inc. s unique professionals are comprised of former federal agents from such agencies as the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Marshal Service, and U.S. Parole and Probation. Our associates and support staff are dedicated to providing fair and honest representation and services. MMWA was established on February 8, 1985, to provide services to law firms, accounting firms, private businesses and individuals in areas involving civil and criminal controversies primarily arising under the Internal Revenue Code. Over the years, the firm has grown to include a large business in background research, location research, pre-employment screening and service of subpoena.
