Mash Up Conditioning offers weightloss, fitness, and nutritional guidance through 7 different workouts for any fitness level and ANY schedule in addition to a FREE real food eating guide with recommended whole food supplements and exercise calendar to stay motivated anytime and anywhere. It demonstrates Mind/Body, Agility and Strength, and High-Intensity Interval exercises for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users. Workouts start at 10 min. in length and range all the way up to a full hour. About the Instructors: Stacy Redwine, BS Exercise Physiology & Pre-Physical Therapy, MA Missiology, ACE Certified Instructor & Personal Trainer, Collegiate Athlete & Marathon Runner. Stacy has led fitness classes all over the United States for 15 years. She currently owns her own fitness studio and has authored several fitness DVD’s. Her main concern is to make exercise fit into every lifestyle and help others look and feel their best. Jamie Zacharias, RN, MSN, NP-C, Cooper Certified Instructor & Personal Trainer, Collegiate Athlete & Marathon Runner. Jamie has been in the health and fitness industry for 11 years. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked at MEDI Weightloss Clinics, served as adjunct clinical faculty for undergraduate nursing programs, and currently manages chronic disease patients through a Texas Health Resource program. She is passionate about achieving and maintaining optimal wellness in order to have the best quality of life. Charlene Miller, AFAA personal trainer and fitness instructor & boot camp coach. Charlene has been in the health and fitness industry for several years. She currently owns a boot camp and personal training business.
