I have been with Logix Communications for 2 1/2 years. I have had no less than 25 trouble tickets. I document well. I have fired the area reps twice, because they will not ever call me back. I had service partially down for 2 weeks last summer. When I have a problem I am always having to call them. THEY DO NOT MONITOR THEIR SYSTEMS. I have had a difficult time with Logix service and at several points have had to climb way up the ladder to get anything done. Very frustrating company. You do not have an advocate with Logix, If reliability is not important, they should fit well.
