First time customer at Salon and had a pleasant experience during haircut and enjoyed talking with stylist who cut my hair. After leaving salon felt back of my head/hair and realized it was very short in back and felt kinda fuzzy. I looked in mirror and it looked kinda short. It is about one inch from my scalp only in back with sides being one length and about six inches. I washed hair on Tuesday trying to make it look better, it did not. Called stylist on Wednesday complaining I did not like haircut and would like to come in for either instructions on how to style or restyle. I was told by stylist I had been videoed while styling and I said I liked hair cut. I was astonished, she said upscale salons film patrons for security reasons! Also told I would have to have all my hair cut off, and if I wanted a restyle I would have to pay a fee for it. Hairstyle aside, her attitude and remarks left me speechless.
