- UltrasoundCarotid ultrasound tests use sound waves to produce pictures of the arteries in the neck which carry blood from the heart to the brain. Transcranial doppler tests measure how quickly the blood flows through the blood vessels. The tests take about 30 minutes to complete.

- Orthopedic SurgeryUnfortunately, there is no cure for CMT. CMT, it is not considered fatal and is helped by physical and occupational therapy, braces and orthopedic devices, and sometimes orthopedic surgery. If pain is severe, pain management is also an option.Treatments slow the progression and minimize symptoms in order to improve quality of life.
- BotoxMaybe. Kane Hall Barry evaluates each patients needs to determine the best treatment option. We do prescribe Botox as a treatment but there are many factors to consider to determine if it’s best for you.
- Physical TherapyNotable among these are oral Dimethyl fumarate (Tecfidera®), injected Beta interferons (such as Avonex® and Plegridy®), infused Natalizumab (Tysabri®) and Alemtuzumab (Lemtrada®). Kane Hall Barry also infuses high dose corticosteroids for treating MS attacks. Physical therapy and counseling are also important tools for managing MS.
