The customer service is terrible. My fiance and I bought our wedding bands here. They would only size mine if we bought the $140 warranty - this can't be true. The staff ordered my fiance's ring and said it would take about two weeks to come in. Mine was sized and I went to pick it up. They also had my fiance's ready to go, but it turns out it wasn't his ring. It was a holder ring. We had to take this wrong ring, then bring it back when his real ring came in. I told them that was a lot of liability on our part. Their response: well if we do it differently, we have to do paperwork. The system doesn't make sense. On top of all of this, the staff is not good about details. We had to ask several times about charges and felt like we were being taken advantage of. We will not be returning customers.
Although they have a large variety of high quality diamonds, their customer service could be improved. They are very pushy and hurried, almost to a intimidating/bullying degree. They leave little room for discussion, questions, or thought. Plus, they make an effort to double team you,a nd bombard you with propaganda. This may not be true for all the associates as I only worked with one associate and either the manager felt very bullied. Later, when I bought a ring from another jeweler, and needed the original diamond removed and replaced with a more quality diamond, they were very unhelpful. It is difficult to do business with a group who obviously do not care for the customer and only care to sell.
I liked the wedding selections.very tasteful customed jewelry
