Saunders is terrible service. You'll have to sue them to get anything satisfaction. Don't risk doing any business with them -- either as customer or supplier.

I love this little jewel of a shop. It's true; they do their best to make sure no two customers wear the same dress to the same function. You can find dresses that none of the larger/chain stores carry. It is run by two older women who aren't always on the ball. I also recommend that teenagers don't go to this shop by themselves. I think you might be taken more seriously if you have an adult with you. If you order a dress, you need to ask if its going to be sent COD. Politely insist that your deposit be used for the COD pymt (not that it actually will be, but I'm not sure how much business sense these two lovely ladies have - they are fashion people and could probably use a business manager). Also, you should never order a dress any less than 3 months before an event - no matter where you go. Things can happen that the dress shop cannot control.

They order products from suppliers and then dont pay for the shipments and wont return calls-how can you trust a business that steals from any one??

we ordered a prom dress on 2/20/09....still waiting....no one EVER returns a call, things NEVER happen when they say its going to...one disappointment after another....9 days to prom...hope my dtr has a dress --especially since I have spent over $400 on it already, cant really just forget about it and go on my merry way..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

VERY disappointed in the service.... Every time they have said something would happen on a certain date it hasn't! Still waiting on dress... Prom is in 12 days. Dress ordered 2/20/09. Everytime I call, I get voicemail, and NEVER get a call back. This is a very poor way to treat a customer, I DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE!! My daughter's Senior Prom is supposed to be a magical event and this whole experience has robbed us of that! If I ever need a dress of this nature again, you can BET it will not be purchased through this boutique!!

I have purchased many dresses, shoes and accessories from this company. The service was great, everything arrived on time and they make sure that no 2 people show up at the same function with the same dress....

This company placed an order with my company at the Dallas Market it was shipped to them 2 times as COD upon their request and was not paid either time they will not return a phone I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with no luck and was hung up on and was told they were too busy anyone who has a business should be busy this time of the year. I find this very unprofessional way to run a business. I have yet to get a call from the owner who started this entire situation.
