this trailer park is horrendous, lived here for one year, bought a brand new trailer when we moved in and the skirting had been falling off since day one. also the air conditioner barely works and it was brand new as well. management refuses to do repairs.

On going problems that include telling people they are late with there lot payment just to get the 10 dollars a day late fee when they pay on time. the management job is to get all the cash she can however she can and put in her pocket before the owner know what is going on...People are trying to move out of here fast as they can....beware of this place....

This mobile hone park is a disgrace. No lights or security whatsoever.The park is trashy empty trashed out.Empty trailers are vandalized routinely on a weekly basis.Owners have filed chapter 11 so who knows what will happen next. Please,if you're looking for a home don't look here.

This place is bad and i live here, a lot of people moved out because no security, its dark, they dont fix nothing,

this mobile home park is a disgrace. no repairs, no security,seldom anybody at the office. no security whatsoever. The owners whoever they may be are without a doubt disreputable. I have lived here more than a year and not a day goes by without police being called. Owners have filed chapter 11 and they facilitate trailers bein stripped-insurance scam my opinion. I am still gathering evidence to hand over to proper authorities. My advice is don't make a deal here-you will be very sorry.

The potholds in the park are so bad have to repair your car if you hit one, most of the lights in the park are out. been liveing here a year notting been done to repair anything. police called here 3 or more times a week. not a good place.
