The Head & Neck Cancer Center of Texas with locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Plano offers surgery and reconstruction of head and neck cancers. Board-certified head and neck (otolaryngologist) surgeons Drs. Martin Corsten, Yadro Ducic, and Masoud Saman perform excision cancer of the head and neck, including minimally invasive surgical techniques, skull base surgery, skin cancer surgery, and thyroid and parathyroid surgery. The experienced doctors also perform reconstruction to normalize the patient's appearance and function after the cancer has been removed. The skilled doctors have made a number of previously incurable head and neck cancers curable now by innovating with new techniques, which has changed the standard of care nationwide. Some of these include the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma that has infiltrated the skull base, the treatment of anaplastic thyroid cancer, and the use of interposition grafts to bypass the carotid artery in advanced cases of cancer.
