Staff is very helpful and professional. Their prices are better than some of the larger chain (Wal-Mart, CVS,etc.) prices quoted to me, one med was more than $60 cheaper with Hallmark. They have my business for sure.

Someone wrote a bad review on another website, and I'd like to comment on that. The thing about the internet is, anyone can say anything they want at any time. Obviously that person was in a bad mood when she wrote that review. Who swears off a store they've never even shopped at just because they called one time and didn't like the person who answered the phone? I later found out that that employee was fired a few weeks later anyway. I've been a customer at Hallmark for years, and always been treated with respect. I'd much rather go to an independent pharmacy than CVS or Walgreens where I'm likely to get ripped off and have to wait for hours for a prescription to be ready. At Hallmark, it's done in 5 minutes. Hope they stay in business for a long time. Thanks!

I love Hallmark because they are efficient, fast, professional and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. It reminds me of the small time pharmacies from back in the day when I was a child. Also, they have the best prices in town. I am spending less than half of what I was originally with CVS and other Family chain. Thanks to Richard, Chris and staff, for making my visits special and a joy!

Excellent service and low prices! Local pharmacies are the ONLY way to go!

We have been getting our prescriptions from Hallmark Pharmacy for several years. I got so tired of the long waits and high prices of chain pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS, so I went in search of something better. I found everything I need at this tiny, family owned pharmacy in SW Fort Worth. When I bring an RX in it is often filled within 5 minutes. If it's something they don't have (rarely), they will order it and have it within 24 hours. Their prices are very competitive. We are self pay (no insurance) and Hallmark gives us great deals and matches the lowest price around (usually held by Costco pharmacy). Bottom line is they do everything they can to make us happy. I also love the small town, everybody knows your name feel you get from doing business there. You'll NEVER get that at a national chain pharmacy. The only, and i mean ONLY, drawback to going to a small pharmacy is the hours. It's typically 9-6, and they occasionaly close for family or local events.
