I've been taking my cloth to Gunns for years and never had one problem.
Only give one star because it won't let me give zero stars, which is what this business deserves. I have been ultimately disappointed with the service that I have received. An order that they promised would be done in two weeks is still not completed 8 weeks later. I'm guessing it is lost, and they are afraid to admit it. When I call, I am told they will call back and I never hear from them. I plan on taking legal action if my order is not complete in the next day. If I could turn back time, I would have NEVER taken my clothes to this dry cleaner.

My wife and I used Gunn's for over two years simply because they're the closest to our house. They recently lost a pair of my wife's pants about two months ago and they refuse to admit they lost them and pay for them. Not only did they refuse to admit they lost them, but they made her pay for the dry cleaning on the pants even though it was obvious we were one article shy of what we dropped off. That's right, we had to pay for dry cleaning on a piece of clothing we didn't even get back. The last time my wife talked to them, they said they would pay for the pants and would call back the next day. It's two weeks later and they still haven't called. We were obviously not happy about this situation so we shopped cleaners. We found cleaners nearby that are actually 1) cheaper, 2) do a better job, and 3) friendlier. I would not take my clothes to this place if I were you.
