I just wanted you to know that Jamie Jones, Adjuster Body Shop, helped me considerably with dealing with my insurance, Fidelity and their adjusters. I was in a T-Bone crash June 26, 2010 and Jamies persistence helped persuade my insurance company to do a Total Loss on my 2008 King Ranch. I was dealing with injured family members and Jamie took control and handled everything for me. I greatly appreciate the tremendous customer service that was given to me during this trying time. As always superb service and awesome, I can't say enough about 5 Star. I have bought two cars from them and have used the service department. All have been wonderful. Then I had my wreck and the Collision Department's, Tim Oates, who waited on me was so awesome. He located a rent car for me so I would not have to wait.He arranged for them to pick me up. Then he took pictures of my car and emailed them to me. What more could one ask? Well, I really figured that would be the last time I would see the Collision Department. Of course I was wrong. I was really upset when I found scratches and a big chip of paint missing on my new car. Again, I returned to Tim Oates in the collision department and again he he was just awesome. He had JJ fix my scratches and chip. I apologized that my car was dirty. They delivered my car back to me and even washed it. What else could one ask for? Absolutely unbelieveable service. Thank you 5 STAR for your service and the caliber of people you hire.
