I work for Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, TX. This wrecker service was dispatched for a customer of ours that was having transmission problems. He advised her that roadside assistance would only pay a portion of the bill and she would be responsible for the difference. He quoted her and our sales manager $30-35 for the overage so we agreed. He loaded the vehicle and then changed his tune and advised the owner of the car that he would not unload it without a payment of $65.00. This is fraud and I will report this to every social media station to prevent others from being treated this poorly.

The dispatcher over the phone was not friendly and they took a very long time to arrive to tow our car. I wish they had told us from the beginning that we were going to have to wait over 3 hours.

I broke down on the side of the highway, and it was after hours end every towing service I called was either closed, didn't pick up the phone, and finally I called First Response.... Well what can I say he was there within 30 mins and his price for the tow was unbeatable...I will definatly use this company again....
