Shocking sales person's behavior at Hurst,TX location toward customer. Unprofessional,rude,inappropriate,disrespectful! Price maybe costing less,but customer service made me stop continuing further business.

I got a very good deal on my glasses. I also liked the fact that you could make payments for your glasses if you don't have the money right then and there. Of course for the exam you have to pay for but to me it was not expensive at all, being that i have no insurance. I love my glasses and could not be any happier.

I wish I would have done a little consumer research on eyecrafters before I wasted my money and time on rude service and complete incompetence. Stay away from this horrible place!. Cheap is just cheap and you get what you pay for.

I had a slightly different experience The glasses I purchased were fine. Good quality. Only complaint is the Contacts lens are way expensive. Go to Sam's for those.

I purchased frames and lenses from this location and had a problem with them. Not only was the entire staff not willing to admitt they made a mistake, they were very rude. This is a family business were the son is the manager and the father is the owner. My complaints fell on deaf ears. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I have been wearing glasses most of my adult life.
