Dunbar High School is a college preparatory institution that provides academic and social education to students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers various athletic activities, such as basketball, softball, football, soccer, tennis, track and field, wrestling, swimming and cross country. The school s core curriculum includes English, computer applications, foreign languages, health and physical education, business, social studies and math. In addition, the school provides food and medical care services to students. It is a part of the Fort Worth Independent School District, which operates more than 140 elementary, middle and high schools and serves over 79,000 students. Dunbar High School has been operational for more than 100 years and is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
