Shockingly unprofessional business. This was the coldest reception and most unwelcoming environment I've experienced in the DFW area. The staff was supremely unconcerned with the patient. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone who cares about their vision. Keep searching if you are considering this doctor for your eye care. The only reason I rated 3 stars on Waiting time is most likely due to their lack of patients. Now I know why their appointment book was wide open.
