I used Deer Horn for 4 years and filed one homeowner claim for hail damage.Having an agent working for you was non existent and getting the insurance to pay up was a big hassle.They only wanted to pay for a partial roofing job on my house.My premiums went up big bucks every year and my agent robby godwin does not /will not return phone calls after this ordeal.My roof claim which was one claim was also turned into two separate claims for the record.One claim number for the date of the hail storm and another claim number for the day the adjuster came out to estimate the damage.I am done with Deer Horn Insurance Agency.
