After calling several competitors in this area , the quote was 50 less . Not only was the spring replaced , the Operator was courteous, very respectful and reminded me that he the other spring he fixed 2 years ago had a lifetime warranty on it as well. He also did some preventative maintenance on both garage doors including the rollers , springs and guide . He left a magnetic business card on my garage door so I would not have to look for his business card again. I would highly recommend Cowtown doors.
I found Cowtown to be courteous, friendly, on time, reasonable and accommodating. Mike knew his stuff, completed the job quickly, replaced the lower panel, lubed the springs and rollers, adjusted the pulleys plus gave me some maintenance pointers and some insight on how the unit worked. First Class job.
