Dishonest company. They already have one complaint against them with the Better Busines Bureau (which went unresolved) and are about to have two. They were contracted by DishNetwork to install satellite at my house. Our house had already been wired for satellite, but somehow it still took the installer almost 4 hours to do the install. And when he went behind my 4 month old HDTV, he didn't disconnect the coax cable that was already connected and completely snapped of the coax connection from the back of TV. I talked to the manager William and after coming out to take pictures of the damage (after he couldn't make it on the previous two attempts b/c of car trouble) they denied my claim. Apparently because the installer said he didn't break it off when he did the installation 3 months back, that was good enough for them to deny my claim. Beware of these dishonest people.
